Our largest roll-off
Building new, tearing a house down to the studs, or adding a room? The 30 is our biggest box, with about nine pickup loads of room. If you're stuck between a 20 and a 30, take the 30.
Takes about two minutes.
Roughly 22 by 8 ft, with walls around 6 ft high.
Thirty cubic yards for the jobs that fill a 20 twice.
When it's full we take it away and drop an empty one.
Delivery, pickup and the landfill fee are typically included.
Tell us about the build and roughly how long it runs. You'll get a price, a delivery day and a suggested swap schedule back.
Your name, ZIP and a line about the job is enough to get a local provider connected.
You’ll see it on screen and in your inbox the moment it goes through.
A local provider will call or text you about your request.
Roughly nine pickup loads. That's framing scrap and packaging from a new build, a full interior demolition, an addition, or a renovation where every room gets opened up at once.
It sits on about the same footprint as a 20 with taller walls, so you get half again the room without giving up more of the driveway. Keep concrete and dirt out of it, though. A 30 full of heavy material can't be hauled.

Big jobs, basically. If yours is on this list, start with a 30.
| The job | Fits a 30? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| New construction | Yes | Framing scrap, packaging and site debris. |
| Interior demolition | Yes | Drywall, framing and fixtures from a full gut. |
| Whole-house renovation | Yes | Every room opened up at once. |
| Addition or garage build | Yes | Swap it as the build goes. |
| Large estate cleanout | Yes | Big houses with sheds or outbuildings. |
| Concrete, dirt or brick | No | Too heavy. Book a 10 for these. |
On a long build, one 30 with regular swaps usually works better than two smaller boxes side by side.
On a big job the dumpster fills in stages. Framing and demo days pile it up fast, while finish work barely touches it. If nobody plans for that, the crew ends up standing around a full container waiting for a truck.
Tell us roughly when the heavy days are and we'll put swaps on the calendar ahead of them. If the schedule changes, we move the swap.
Rough dates for demo and framing let us time the swaps.
The truck has to reach the box again for every swap.
If it sits on a public street, many cities want a permit.
What's going in, where the box should sit and when you need it. It takes a couple of minutes.
You'll hear what size fits and whether a smaller box will do. The local provider confirms pricing for your request.
Boards under the rails if you want them. Swap it partway through, or keep it until the work is done.
Don’t see yours? Put it in the notes on the form and a local provider will follow up.
Send us the build and the rough schedule. We'll keep an empty box on site when your crew needs one.
